Title: A Memorable Family Stay in Beautiful Radda in Chianti
My wife says that having more English-speaking staff would have made communication easier.

The setting
The breakfeast: low quality, poor service, shortage of food, no clean tables were available, missing dishes, etc. The bathroom was too small, no soap, no shampoo. Hot water in shower would come and go. The WC was not functioning properly, no towel for the floor. Towels were not picked up, glasses were not cleaned and mini-bar was not replentished during room service.

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany
We had a truly authentic countryside experience during our stay at a charming guest house in the heart of the Chianti region. The property, surrounded by stunning vineyards and olive trees, offered breathtaking views of the picturesque landscape. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, providing us with a comfortable retreat after exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The owner, who has a deep connection to the property's history, warmly welcomed us and shared fascinating insights about the family-owned place. While some may expect modern finishes and a fast-paced atmosphere, we appreciated the rustic charm and tranquility of the estate. Although there were a few minor flaws, such as delays in check-in and a limited number of sunbeds, the overall experience was delightful. The location was perfect, with the charming town of Radda just a short distance away. We savored the authentic local food and wine at the nearby restaurant, complementing the incredible view of the vineyards and olive trees. Despite the drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hidden gem in Tuscany for those seeking a genuine countryside experience.

The pool was quite and relaxing - we were the only guests staying apart from 1 other couple.
We couldn't find where to check in and waited around for 2 hours. We had to go to another Hotel to find the reception that was back towards town. Not nice when you've spent hours in the car getting there in the first place. There was no place nearby to get a drink or a bite to eat. It's an old rustic style and felt a bit dusty and too quiet with no other guests there.

Excellent landscape and beautifull location. The buildings are tuscany typical architecture and the swimming pool is very nice.
The breakfast is poor served like a buffet. Maintenance and furniture of the public are not at the level of the hotel. The room is clean but not completely equiped (towels, etc)

The family that runs the hotel are wonderful. The accomodations were a bit rustic, but very romantic. Our room had a huge rooftop terrace that overlooked the vineyard, valley and beautiful pool. What an experience! We'd definitely stay there again.
The bed was hard, but so far that seems pretty typical.

The location was stunning, surrounded by vineyards and with beautiful views. The owner was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off. We also loved exploring the nearby village of Radda in Chianti and trying all the delicious food and wine. Definitely recommend staying here for a true Tuscany experience!
The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be if there were more activities for young party-goers at the hotel. While the peaceful and relaxing environment was great for some downtime, it would have been fun to have more options for entertainment or a lively nightlife right at the hotel.

Loved the rustic setting of the restaurant 350 meters away. The renovated country house is in the heart of Chianti wine country, perfect for wine lovers like me. The outdoor pool and garden added to a satisfying stay.
Oh, and who needs internet connection or a cleaning service anyway?
